Alert for April Fee challan
Dear Students
Your April 2026 fee challans are ready and can be downloaded from the USP Portal. Please download your fee challan and kindly pay the fee on or before 14th April, 2026. A fine will be charged for payments made after the due date.
If you have any queries, please contact Mr. Mansha Yousaf Senior Manager Accounts, Accounts Office, Admin Block, USP Multan. You can reach Accounts office via WhatsApp at 03008730497 during the office hours (9am to 4PM).

Resumption of On-Campus Activities – Effective April 1, 2026
All students are hereby informed that, in accordance with government directives and with the approval of the competent authority, the University of Southern Punjab, Multan will resume all on-campus academic activities with effect from Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
The schedule of classes will be as follows:
- Monday to Thursday: On-campus classes for all regular programs
- Friday: Online classes for all regular programs
- Saturday: Online classes for weekend programs as per timetable
- Sunday: On-campus classes for weekend programs as per timetable
All students are advised to strictly follow the above schedule and ensure their regular attendance as per university rules.

Important Notice
This is to inform all students that applications for the following have now been opened:
- Semester Rejoin (After Drop)
- Semester Rejoin (After Freeze)
- Course Registration (Improve / Repeat)
- Change of Choice
Students are advised to submit their applications through the student portal no later than 28 February 2026.
Please ensure that you complete the process within the given deadline. No applications will be entertained after the closing date.
