Admit Cards Available on Student Portal – Final Term Examinations

Dear All
This is to inform all students that Admit Cards for the Final Term Examinations starting from June 28, 2025, are now available on the student portal.

Please carefully note the following instructions:

1. Fee Clearance Required: Students must clear all outstanding dues in order to appear in the examinations.
2. Important Guidelines:
   
   • If your Admit Card shows a fee balance despite payment, contact the Accounts Office immediately with proof of payment.
   • If your Admit Card is not downloadable due to missing photograph, please visit the Admission Office along with a recent photograph for necessary action.
   • If you face any issue regarding subjects (extra subject(s) or subject(s) missing), then immediately contact your Program Coordinator.
   • If you face any issues related to examination schedule or data, contact the Examination Department without delay.
3. Special Case – Attendance Relaxation:
   As a special case, students having more than 30% attendance are being allowed to appear in the final examinations. This relaxation is being granted once and should not be considered as a precedent for future exams.

➡️ Important: It is strongly advised to download your Admit Card immediately to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
