Notice Regarding Attendance Issues

All students who have issues related to shortage of attendance due to leave are hereby informed that they may submit their applications through the student portal.

In addition, the concerned students must appear in person along with valid documentary proof/evidence before the Attendance Review Committee as per the following schedule:

• Date: 04-02-2026
• Time: 11:00 AM
• Venue: Main Campus Conference Room

Students who have already submitted complaints/applications and were earlier informed about a meeting scheduled on 09-02-2026 are also required to appear on 04-02-2026. The previously communicated date stands cancelled.

Important Instructions

• On the meeting day, all applicants must report to the Admission Office by 10:30 AM sharp.
• Students must register their names with Mr. Hashim Jamil before proceeding to the meeting.
• This meeting is the only opportunity to have attendance-related cases considered.
• No other mode (email, verbal request, or submission without personal appearance) will be accepted.
• No other date will be announced.
• No separate call, message, or notice will be issued to individual students for meeting with the Attendance Review Committee.

Students are advised to strictly follow the above instructions.
