Offices/Academic Schedule at USP, Multan (May 9-11, 2025)

Dear All Concerned
In pursuance to the Govt. notification & approval of the competent authority: Please be informed that USP, Multan will observe the following schedule from Friday, May 9, 2025, to Sunday, May 11, 2025:

-Regular classes will be conducted online according to the provided timetable.

-Weekend classes will also be conducted online as per the scheduled timetable.

-All the faculty, Labs, and Library Staff will be on work from home during this period.

-Admissions, Accounts, Examination,ORIC,QEC, HR, USP Studios, ISP Clinic and Security offices will continue their routine operations.

-The weekend examinations are postponed until further notice. However,USP, Multan will resume its all activities starting Monday, May 12, 2025.

Important Notice Regarding Fee Submission for May 2025

All students are hereby informed that the fee for the month of May 2025 must be paid on or before 12th May 2025. Failure to do so will result in a late payment fine as per institute policy.

Please note that the Mid Term result will only be declared for students who have cleared their dues for May 2025.

The Accounts Office will remain open during working hours for fee collection. Students are advised to ensure timely payment to avoid any inconvenience.

Your May 2025 fee challans are ready and can be downloaded from the ISP Portal. Please download your fee challan and kindly pay the fee on or before 12th May, 2025. A fine will be charged for payments made after the due date.

  • Optimal Browser Usage: For the best experience, always use Google Chrome to access the Portal. Ensure that you are using Chrome while typing or searching in the Google search bar.
  • Device Recommendation: For optimal functionality, use a Desktop or Laptop. If using a mobile device, select "Desktop Site" in your browser options.
  • Complaint/Suggestion Section: Always choose the correct category for your issue. For instance, if you have a fee-related concern, select "FEE CLEARANCE" rather than "Attendance."
  • Anonymity in Complaints: Do not include your name or registration number in your complaint.
  • Patience is Key: After submitting a complaint, please be patient. Repeated submissions can delay the resolution of your issue.
  • Provide Complete Details: Always provide a full description of your issue to expedite the resolution process.
  • Fee Payment Update: After paying your fees at the bank, please allow up to 48 hours for the system to reflect the payment.
  • Submission of Payment Proof: When submitting a complaint regarding fee payment, attach a clear and readable receipt with the Electronic Bank Stamp. This will help avoid delays in processing.
