- Device Recommendation: For optimal functionality, use a Desktop or Laptop. If using a mobile device, select "Desktop Site" in your browser options.
- Complaint/Suggestion Section: Always choose the correct category for your issue. For instance, if you have a fee-related concern, select "FEE CLEARANCE" rather than "Attendance."
- Anonymity in Complaints: Do not include your name or registration number in your complaint.
- Patience is Key: After submitting a complaint, please be patient. Repeated submissions can delay the resolution of your issue.
- Provide Complete Details: Always provide a full description of your issue to expedite the resolution process.
- Fee Payment Update: After paying your fees at the bank, please allow up to 48 hours for the system to reflect the payment.
- Submission of Payment Proof: When submitting a complaint regarding fee payment, attach a clear and readable receipt with the Electronic Bank Stamp. This will help avoid delays in processing.
