Notice Regarding Attendance Issues
All students are hereby informed that the University appreciates their cooperation and thanks all applicants for submitting their attendance-related applications through the student portal.
It is further notified that appropriate replies have been sent to all applicants through the portal. No applications submitted after 06:00 PM (today 03-02-2026) have been accepted.
Only those students who have been specifically invited for a personal hearing before the Attendance Review Committee are required to appear.

- Date: 04-02-2026
- Time: 11:00 AM
- Venue: Admission Office Meeting Room
👉 Students who were earlier informed about a meeting scheduled on 09-02-2026 are also required to appear on 04-02-2026. The previously communicated date stands cancelled.
Important Instructions
- Invited applicants must pay the prescribed fee before reporting.
- On the meeting day, all invited applicants must report to the Admission Office by 09:30 AM sharp.
- Students must register their names with Mr. Hashim Jamil upon arrival.
- This meeting is the only opportunity to have attendance-related cases considered.
- No other mode (email, verbal request, or submission without personal appearance) will be accepted.
- No other date will be announced.
- No separate call, message, or notice will be issued to individual students for meeting with the Attendance Review Committee.
Students are advised to strictly comply with the above instructions.
Alert for February Fee challan
Dear Students
Your February 2026 fee challans are ready and can be downloaded from the USP Portal. Please download your fee challan and kindly pay the fee on or before 10th February, 2026. A fine will be charged for payments made after the due date.
