Alert for March Fee challan
Dear Students
Your March 2026 fee challans are ready and can be downloaded from the USP Portal. Please download your fee challan and kindly pay the fee on or before 12th March, 2026. A fine will be charged for payments made after the due date.
If you have any queries, please contact Mr. Mansha Yousaf Senior Manager Accounts, Accounts Office, Admin Block, USP Multan. You can reach Accounts office via WhatsApp at 03008730497 during the office hours (9am to 4PM).

Notification Regarding Resumption of Academic Activities
It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that, upon completion of examinations, the University shall remain closed for academic activities for students until Friday, 6th March 2026.
Classes shall resume as per the following schedule:
- Weekend Programs (New & Continuing Batches): Saturday, 7th March 2026
- Regular Programs – Morning (New & Continuing Batches): Monday, 9th March 2026
However, all administrative / Faculty and support staff shall remain present on campus as per routine working hours.

Important Notice
This is to inform all students that applications for the following have now been opened:
- Semester Rejoin (After Drop)
- Semester Rejoin (After Freeze)
- Course Registration (Improve / Repeat)
- Change of Choice
Students are advised to submit their applications through the student portal no later than 28 February 2026.
Please ensure that you complete the process within the given deadline. No applications will be entertained after the closing date.
